Job Title HubSpot CRM Setup & Simple Database Configuration (Non-Technical Business Owner) ________________________________________ Job Description I am a small business owner in the tourism & private transportation industry and I need help setting up HubSpot CRM in a very simple, easy-to-use way. I am not tech-savvy, and HubSpot feels confusing and frustrating to me right now. My goal is to have a clean, organized database that helps me track inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups — without overcomplicating anything. I am looking for someone who: • Is patient and clear • Can explain things in plain English • Understands small service-based businesses • Can set this up for me, not just tell me what to do Must be familiar with Hubspot - I have account just need help setting up. ________________________________________ What I Need My Database to Do 1. Contact Management I need HubSpot set up so I can easily store and view: • Name • Email • Phone number • City / State • How they found us (website, phone, OTA, referral, etc.) • Type of service they inquired about (Tour / Transportation) I want everything in one place, clean and easy to view. ________________________________________ 2. Lead Tracking (Very Simple) I want to know: • Who contacted us • Who booked • Who did NOT book and needs follow-up • I need help setting up simple lead stages, such as: • New Inquiry • Contacted • Booked • Did Not Book • Follow-Up Needed • Completed Trip Nothing complicated — just clear and visual. ________________________________________ 3.
