The goal is to set up automated, timely, and templated notifications for customers via WhatsApp. Key Integration Requirements The successful integration must cover the following three critical notification types: Abandoned Cart Notifications: Trigger a notification to the customer when they abandon a cart after a defined time period (e.g., 1 hour, 4 hours, 24 hours).
