Project Title Shopify + WhatsApp Agent Order Workflow Automation (N8N Integration) Project Description Budget: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 INR I need an expert who can build a WhatsApp agent for my Shopify store using N8N. This agent should handle customer onboarding and order-related communications efficiently. Requirements: When a new customer sends a message (like "hi") to our WhatsApp business number, the agent should: Send a welcome reply with our company branding. Present two interactive buttons: See Our Products: Redirects the customer to our Shopify product page. Subscription: Redirects to our subscription plan product page (Shopify/official subscription URL). The agent should allow customers to track their previous orders linked to their account, directly via WhatsApp. The entire workflow must be built using N8N (open-source automation). All flows, triggers, and actions should be within N8N, with clear documentation provided for each step. All data integrations must use Shopify’s official APIs and WhatsApp Business Cloud API (or Twilio/360dialog/etc.). Order listing, order tracking, and subscription link functionality should be seamless and should not break Shopify's workflow or reporting. The system should be user-friendly and maintainable; full handover and basic training are required. Only freelancers with demonstrable experience in Shopify, WhatsApp Business API, and N8N should apply. Please include examples of similar work. The solution must be fully tested before delivery.
