I want my entire Shopify store reproduced in WooCommerce without losing a single detail or pixel. Every product, variation, image, description, collection, customer record, and historic order must travel across intact, and the finished WordPress site has to look and behave exactly like the current storefront. You will: • Export and import all store data, preserving variant-level stock, categories, tags, and SEO-friendly URLs. • Rebuild the theme so the layout, branding, navigation, payment gateways, shipping rules, and discount logic feel identical to my customers. • Select and configure the necessary WooCommerce and WordPress plugins, making sure speed, security, and on-page SEO match—or improve on—what I have now. • Map and implement 301 redirects, check for broken links, and optimise meta data so rankings don’t slip. • Test thoroughly on desktop and mobile, confirm orders can be placed end-to-end, and provide a short hand-over guide once the new site is live. Access to both Shopify and the new WordPress hosting environment will be ready for you. Ideally, I’d like to see a working staging copy within two weeks, with the final switchover shortly after successful tests. If you have handled large-scale Shopify-to-WooCommerce moves before, especially stores with many variants and custom metafields, please share a brief summary of your approach and any tools you rely on (e.g., Cart2Cart, WP All Import, custom scripts). I value clear communication and a methodical migration plan, so outline your steps and timeline in your proposal.
