I recently migrated to a new Shopify theme and need a developer who can tidy up a few key features so the store feels seamless again. Quick Add to Cart on collection pages • Redesign the interface and functionality to feel cleaner and more intuitive (have an example of exactly what we want). • For single-variant items, show a simple “+” button instead of a dropdown. • For variants the + changes to variant quick-select buttons that appear only when a product has eight or fewer variants. Points / Competition system The store already runs a working points system using metafields. I need that same logic and display ported into the new theme so customers keep earning and viewing points without disruption. Metafields • Re-insert the “metafield bubbles” that highlight key product attributes. • Add a new metafield option to flag sizing styles such as “Oversized,” “Regular fit,” and “Slim fit,” using a 1-5 scale 3 being "normal" and feature the text as a graphical display on the product page (example given). Variants & Inventory Ensure out-of-stock variants visually look grayed out but they still can be selected for use with the "out of stock email me" tool. The new theme is not live so we can work directly in them but need to know when you are working and after completion clear changelog notes on any code edits so we can keep track of theme changes.
