Registered users should be able to create and edit profiles, review their full order history, and save interesting quotes for later. Once a shipment is chosen the booking happens right on the site—no hand-off to a third party. I also want a clean, conversion-focused landing page with an informal explainer video embedded near the top so newcomers immediately understand how everything works. Tech stack is flexible, but whatever you choose needs to integrate smoothly with major carrier APIs and leave me with an admin panel to manage carriers, pricing rules, and user accounts.
