I need production-ready SolidWorks models for mild-steel sheet-metal panels. The parts are all MS in the 0.5 – 1 mm range, so please build each model with the Sheet Metal feature tree set up for that gauge and bend allowance. My output requirements are: • Parametric 3D file in .sldprt format, clearly named • Associated flat-pattern DXF/DWG for laser cutting • Fully dimensioned fabrication drawing (PDF) with bend notes The goal is a clean, manufacturable design that can go straight to CAM without additional edits. If you have experience optimising blank layouts, corner reliefs and forming details for thin-gauge steel, your input will be valued.
