Acceptance criteria 1. Deployed site lives on my domain, loads quickly on mobile and desktop, and passes Core Web Vitals. 2. Admin panel lets me approve users, feature top freelancers, and manage fees or commissions. 3. Secure user auth (OAuth or email/password) with GDPR-compliant data handling. 4. Clear hand-off: source code in a private repo, installation instructions, and a brief walkthrough call.
