I’m building a unified platform—iOS + Android mobile apps paired with a responsive website—centred on service booking for digital products. The core flow is straightforward: customers browse our digital offerings, reserve a time slot, pay, and immediately gain access to the purchased service or file. Key functionality I absolutely need in both the app and the site: • Calendar integration so users can pick available slots in real time • Real-time notifications to confirm bookings, remind users, and alert staff to changes • User reviews and ratings attached to each service to keep quality transparent Beyond those essentials I expect the standard account creation, secure payment gateway, and an admin panel where I can upload new digital items, adjust availability, and moderate reviews.
