Title: React Native Senior Technical Interviewer (6+ Yrs Experience) – For Evaluating 3–5 Yrs Candidates Job Description: We are a Bangalore-based fintech startup hiring a senior React Native expert to conduct technical interviews for our shortlisted candidates. We require an interviewer who has: Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in React Native Must have developed and deployed mobile apps on both Android and iOS Strong knowledge of React Native architecture, APIs, state management, performance optimization, Redux, hooks, navigation, debugging, CI/CD, etc. Experience conducting interviews or evaluating developers is strongly preferred. Scope of Work: Conduct technical interview + machine coding test for candidates with 3–5 years of experience. Evaluate candidates on: React Native fundamentals UI/UX implementation API integration Mobile storage Deployments (Play Store / App Store) Code quality Problem-solving Each interview will be held via Google Meet (camera ON is mandatory). Provide an evaluation report after each interview (short feedback).
