You’ll design a balanced technical interview that digs beneath syntax into architecture decisions, performance trade-offs, concurrency patterns, testing strategies, and language-specific idioms. During live video sessions you’ll guide candidates through whiteboard or screen-share problem solving, follow-up questions, and short refactor tasks, then document your impressions with actionable notes.
