We’re looking for a senior AI engineer who can build real, production-level conversational systems — not just ChatGPT wrappers. You must have hands-on experience building real AI pipelines, integrating LLMs into live systems, and working with messaging APIs. You MUST already know: • OpenAI (GPT-4o/4o-mini), Claude, or equivalent LLMs • Building conversational agents with memory, context, and behavior control • Prompt chaining, retrieval, tool calling, and structured outputs • Twilio SMS/Voice/WhatsApp integrations (or similar messaging APIs) • Webhooks, queue systems, and message routing • Designing AI flows for customer service, booking, ordering, etc. Nice to have (big bonus): • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) • Experience with Docker or Kubernetes • Experience integrating LLMs into Bubble or other no-code front ends • Knowledge of rate-limiting, retries, and multi-tenant AI systems • Voice AI experience (transcription + TTS + call-handling logic) ⸻ Scope of Work You’ll be building the brains of a real-time AI messaging platform: • Build and refine conversational flows • Integrate LLMs to respond naturally via SMS/WhatsApp • Connect voice → text → AI → voice pipelines • Create task-based and role-based prompt systems • Build memory/context layers for ongoing conversations • Connect AI to real business workflows (orders, bookings, FAQs) • Optimize tokens, latency, and reliability • Document your work and help with clean handoff This is NOT a research or “play with ChatGPT” role.
