What I’m looking for • A drawn-to-scale 2D plan (PDF + source file—DWG, DXF, or similar) showing clear dimensions, wall thicknesses, door swings and window locations. • Modern layout recommendations for built-ins, wardrobes, and bathroom fixtures that suit the style; I don’t have specific pieces chosen yet. • Logical, code-sensible circulation between rooms while keeping the bathroom access private. • Terrace layout indicating the basic seating area and door orientation. Please base every measurement on the stated 18′ × 26′ envelope; note any assumptions you have to make about wall thickness or stair placement so I can confirm.
