I need a complete Schlieren‐imaging rig modelled in SolidWorks so it can be 3D-printed.The files must open cleanly as a master assembly with every component broken out into its own fully-defined part file. Because the rig will be reproduced by students, every item has to be production-ready rather than a rough concept. That means: • fully constrained assemblies and sub-assemblies (.SLDASM) • individual part files (.SLDPRT) with accurate dimensions, tolerances, and assigned printable materials/finishes • manufacturing instructions and exploded drawings that walk a novice through the print and post-processing steps I’ll review the model by opening it in SolidWorks 2023, checking for missing references and over-defined mates, and then printing a test part. If anything breaks that workflow, I’ll send it back for revision.
