The core goal is a seamless, real-time booking experience that cuts no-shows for service-based businesses and delights their clients. Key functions • Cross-platform build: one codebase deployable to iOS, Android, and a responsive web app. • Real-time booking engine: providers publish availability, customers lock in times instantly, and calendars update on the spot. • Automated reminders: in-app and push/email notifications sent before each appointment to keep everyone on track. • Three user roles out of the box—Service Providers, Customers, and Admins—with secure sign-up, login, and role-based dashboards. Scope and deliverables 1. Wireframes and a clean, intuitive UI theme that carries across mobile and web. 2. Functional prototype covering booking flow, schedule management, and reminder logic. 3. Lightweight admin console to view users, appointments, and basic analytics. 4. Source code, brief technical documentation, and deployment instructions so I can host or extend the app easily. Tech is flexible, but I lean toward React Native or Flutter for the front end plus a straightforward backend—Firebase, Supabase, or similar—for speed.
