We are looking for a skilled 3D designer/architect to create a high-quality exterior 3D model for a retail and leisure venue. The project site includes: 7 retail shops (restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores) Outdoor playground area for kids Cycle trail surrounding the site Parking area and landscape elements (green zones, walkways, lighting, seating areas, etc.) The model should accurately represent the layout, architecture, and environment, highlighting an attractive, modern, and family-friendly atmosphere. Deliverables: Full 3D model of the site (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar format) Rendered images (daytime and evening views) Optional: short walkthrough animation (preferred but not mandatory) Site Dimensions: Approx. 674 meters length x 80 meters width Style & Inspiration: We want a modern architectural design with warm colors, open spaces, and natural elements that create a vibrant retail and leisure experience.
