I’m looking for someone who can wire my existing stack—Salesforce, JobScience, Zapier and WordPress—into a single, reliable workflow. The priority is to pull JobScience Job posting data into Salesforce, then surface selected custom objects from Salesforce on my WordPress site, all through Zapier where possible. Here’s what I need built and signed off: • JobScience → Salesforce ‑ Every time a job post is created, updated or closed in JobScience, the corresponding record in Salesforce must reflect that change in near-real-time. • Salesforce → WordPress (via Zapier) ‑ Specific custom objects and fields that I’ll specify should be available on WordPress pages through a secure API/Zapier feed, with two-way sync for basic edits. • Field mapping & error handling ‑ All key fields mapped one-to-one, with clear logging and graceful error notifications. • Documentation & handover ‑ A short guide covering Zap setup, API endpoints and how to extend the mapping for new fields. Acceptance criteria: I can update or add a Job posting in JobScience and see it reflected in Salesforce within minutes, and any record in the chosen custom object appears on a test WordPress page without manual intervention. You’re free to suggest the most efficient mix of native APIs, Zapier Zaps, or custom Apex/REST endpoints, provided the end result is stable, secure and easy for me to maintain.
