Job Title: SafetyCulture (iAuditor) Developer / Automation Specialist About the Project We are looking for an experienced developer or consultant familiar with the SafetyCulture (iAuditor) platform to help us transform our existing Excel-based data into a fully functional reporting and task management solution within SafetyCulture. Our goal is to create a system that: Generates custom reports from our existing Excel data Includes tick lists / checklists for inspections or task verification Automatically creates actionable tasks with assigned time frames and due dates Streamlines communication and follow-up within SafetyCulture Key Responsibilities Review and understand our existing Excel spreadsheet structure and data Design and implement a reporting workflow within SafetyCulture Develop automation or integrations (via SafetyCulture API, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar) to generate reports and assign tasks Ensure reports include tick lists and clearly defined action items with deadlines Test and deliver a reliable, easy-to-use reporting solution Provide brief documentation or training for our internal team Required Skills & Experience Proven experience working with SafetyCulture (iAuditor), including form creation, report templates, and API integrations Strong Excel skills and experience translating spreadsheets into SafetyCulture templates or data structures
