I’m building a SaaS that hinges on a reliable, multi-purpose bot. The core mandate is to automate three workflows: • Data scraping – The bot should visit specified websites, capture user-information fields I define (name, email, social handles, etc.), and store them in a structured database or webhook. • Customer service – Within popular messaging apps, the same bot must answer FAQs, escalate edge-case tickets, and log every interaction for easy review. • Social media management – From those same messaging channels, I want to publish scheduled posts, pull basic engagement stats, and trigger follow-up messages automatically. Messaging apps are the first-class platform, so your design should integrate smoothly with APIs such as Telegram, WhatsApp Business, or Facebook Messenger. Web scraping logic can be a separate service, but I need it to feed data directly to the messaging layer so user profiles stay in sync. Key expectations – Clean, well-commented code (Python, Node, or Go preferred). – Modular architecture I can plug into a subscription-based SaaS dashboard later. – Secure handling of all scraped user information, with rate-limit and captcha-bypass strategies where allowed. – README covering deployment on a standard cloud stack (Docker + AWS or similar). – A brief hand-off call and two weeks of post-delivery bug support.
