I’m looking for an experienced developer to build a simple SaaS web platform that helps small businesses manage their Google reviews automatically. The platform will connect to a business’s Google Business Profile, fetch new reviews, and use AI to generate professional replies. The goal is to make it easy for business owners to manage their reputation, respond to reviews quickly, and receive insights about customer feedback. The dashboard must be very simple and easy to use for non-technical business owners. Core Features The platform should include the following features: 1. Google Business Profile Integration Businesses should be able to connect their Google Business Profile securely using OAuth. Once connected, the platform will automatically fetch and display their Google reviews. 2. Automatic Review Monitoring The system should continuously monitor and fetch new reviews and display them inside the dashboard in real time or at regular intervals. 3. AI-Generated Review Replies When a new review appears, the platform should generate a professional response using AI. Businesses should have two options: Automatic Reply Mode – replies are posted automatically Approval Mode – the business can review and approve the reply before it is posted 4. Negative Review Alerts If a 1-star or 2-star review is posted, the system should immediately send an email notification to the business owner with a suggested AI reply. 5. Weekly Reputation Report Businesses should receive a weekly report including: Average rating Number of new reviews Positive vs negative reviews Overall reputation summary 6. AI Customer Feedback Insights The platform should analyse reviews and summarise feedback trends such as: What customers like Common complaints Key themes in reviews This helps businesses understand their customer experience. 7. Review Request Generator Businesses should be able to generate a review request link that they can send to customers to encourage more Google reviews. 8. Simple Dashboard The platform should have a clean and simple dashboard where businesses can easily see: Latest reviews AI suggested replies Alerts Average rating Reputation summary The dashboard must be simple and easy for non-technical users. 9. Multi-Location Support Businesses with multiple locations should be able to connect and manage multiple Google Business Profiles within the same account. The dashboard should allow them to: View reviews for each location Manage replies for each location Receive reports for each location 10. Smart Review Funnel The platform should include a smart review request system. When businesses send a review request to customers, the customer first answers a simple question about their experience. Example: “How was your experience with us?” If the customer had a positive experience, they are directed to leave a Google review. If the customer had a negative experience, they are directed to a private feedback form instead.
