Hello i want to build a website real estate in one italian city only in rome the idea in homepage rent/sell add property after search property go to a listening page where shows property and filters map if possible categories like immobiliare.it and some filters choose whavter langauge you want html css js react next.js ai whatever just build o good clean website that works good without lag main goal is to add properties for free users be able to search the property and contact directly the owner the website should be displayed in italian i need it in 10 days max 15 you can use figma prebuild themes or templates if you have or anyother that has this type of website flow my max price is 500usd from admin side every list submitet by owners will need approval from admin side
