Scope of Work: 1️⃣ Modern, Branded Homepage Redesign - Apply MY branding (colours, fonts, style). - Hero banner with emotional headline. - CTA buttons: “Book a Call,” “Home Evaluation,” “Rental Application,” etc. - Clean, luxury-style layout (mobile-optimized). 2️⃣ Custom Story-Based Pages - About Me Page: Deep storytelling with high-quality photos. - Buy With Ying Page: Buyer trust-building content + lead capture form. - Sell With Ying Page: Marketing strategy + lead capture form. - Client Success Stories Page: Testimonials, before/after photos, video embeds. - ‘ME’ Brand Soft Launch Page: Personal philosophy and future community section. 3️⃣ Lead Generation Setup Inside InCom - Home Evaluation Landing Page. - Buyer Consultation Landing Page. - Seller Guide Download (PDF opt-in). - Pop-up forms (branded). 4️⃣ Rental Application Portal Dedicated page for tenants to upload required documents neatly integrated into InCom. 5️⃣ CRM + Auto Emails Optimization Customize follow-up emails, organize pipelines/leads, connect Google reviews/social links. 6️⃣ Integrations Add branding everywhere, blog section (“Real Talk with Ying”), chat widget (if supported). 7️⃣ AI & Automation Integration (Optional but Preferred) - Ability to integrate or guide setup of simple AI tools (chat widgets, automated follow-up, or FAQ bots). - Connect the website to my CRM email sequences. - Set up automated responses for new leads (e.g., home evaluation, booking a call). - Optional: basic AI chatbot or lead qualifier integrated into InCom (if supported).
