As soon as they hit “Send,” the completed form should trigger an auto-generated email summary to them (and a copy to me). • P&L Dashboard: real-time roll-up of all the above, with date-range filtering, export to PDF or Excel, plus clear graphs that make profit drivers obvious at a glance. All data must stay synced in the cloud, so staff at different locations see the same numbers. The finished build should include source code, a lightweight admin panel for category maintenance, and store-ready builds for both platforms.
