I’m developing a new commercial restaurant concept and want to see it come to life before construction begins. The job centers on creating photorealistic 3D models and still renders for two key zones—the main dining area and the restrooms. You’ll receive my floor plan, reference photos, and a mood-board with materials and color palettes. From these, I need a clean 3D model plus high-resolution, lighting-accurate renders that convincingly show finishes, furniture layout, décor, and traffic flow. Camera angles should cover wide shots as well as a few detail views so stakeholders can sign off on design choices quickly. Please include at least one round of revisions; a quick turnaround is appreciated as we’re finalizing specifications with contractors.
