The task is to spin up a clean, responsive website for my small apartment complex by custom-tailoring an existing template. The site’s main job is to present clear rental information—think rates, current availability, square footage, floor-plan images, fees and policies—while giving visitors simple calls to action such as “Schedule a Tour” and “Apply Online.” Page structure is straightforward: a Home/Overview section, dedicated pages for Floor Plans & Rates, an always-fresh “Available Units” feed, an Amenities page that spotlights our transit accessibility plus proximity to shopping centers and neighborhood school systems, as well as a quick link into the Resident Portal. Image areas should be left as obvious placeholders so swapping photos later is a drag-and-drop exercise. Text blocks must be editable in the template without touching code, and the finished site has to load fast on mobile. When possible, wire the “Apply Online” and “Schedule a Tour” buttons to short, embedded forms (or clearly mark the handoff URLs) so I can connect them to our management platform. Deliverables • Fully deployed template-based site (WordPress, Webflow, or clean HTML/CSS—whichever you prefer) • Placeholder images and demo copy already slotted into every page section • Menu links: Home, Floor Plans & Rates, Availability, Amenities, Schedule Tour, Apply Online, Resident Portal • Basic SEO meta titles/descriptions filled in for each page • A brief hand-off document showing where to update images, text, and unit data
