I run a resort and I need a simple web application where my staff can enter client details and booking requirements, and the system will automatically generate a quotation in PDF format. **Main Requirements:** 1. **Client & Booking Details Form** * Client name, phone number, email * Check-in and check-out date & time * Number of guests (adults, kids) * Room type, number of rooms * Extra services (decorations, activities, etc.) 2. **Day-wise Package & Menu Selection** * Separate options for each day of stay * Separate selection for: * Breakfast * Lunch * Evening snacks * Dinner * Option to choose different menu/items for different days * Per-person and per-item pricing logic 3. **Automatic Quotation Generation** * System should calculate total cost automatically (rooms + food + extra services + taxes) * Apply discount (amount or percentage) if needed * Show breakup (item-wise and day-wise) * Generate a clean, branded quotation in **PDF** with: * Resort logo and address * Client details * Booking summary * Terms & conditions 4. **Share & Save Options** * Download & print PDF * Share quotation link or PDF via email / WhatsApp (basic option) * Save quotations in database for future reference * Option to duplicate/edit old quotations for the same or new clients 5. **Admin & User Panel** * Admin login to manage: * Food menu master (items, prices) * Room types and rates * Tax %, default discount rules, T&C text, footer text * Staff login with limited access to only create and edit quotations 6. **Technical Requirements** * Web-based (can be hosted on my own server) * Mobile and desktop responsive * Clean, simple UI for staff to use easily * Any common tech stack (e.g., PHP + MySQL / Laravel / Node + React etc.) – developer can suggest best option **What to Include in Your Proposal:** * Tech stack you will use * Similar work samples (quotation/billing/booking systems, if any) * Estimated time to complete * Total cost and what is included * 1–2 months basic support after delivery (bug fixing)
