I’m getting an HTTP 500 every time a user submits our main login form. The issue is isolated to that single page the rest of the site plus wordpress blog loads fine. This is a saas tool CMS custom build so I need someone comfortable diving into bespoke code and server logs to pinpoint the root cause. I’ve ruled out basic configuration hiccups, but the error log isn’t giving me anything conclusive. What I’m after is a clean, permanent fix plus a brief note on what went wrong so it doesn’t resurface in future updates. If you can troubleshoot efficiently whether the culprit is PHP, an .htaccess rule, or another backend quirk let’s get this page back to work.
