Scope of work • Exterior: hero angles, daylight and twilight variants, plus a bird’s-eye overview that shows how the property sits within the terrain. • Interior: kitchen-living open plan, master suite, and one flexible space (home office or guest room) rendered from at least two perspectives each. • Finishes, décor, and lighting must match the design brief; feel free to suggest tweaks that improve realism. • Final outputs: high-resolution stills (4K) in JPG/PNG and the native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or comparable).
