The goal is a straightforward spatial study—walls punched with the correct door and window openings, standard ceiling height, and no elaborate décor or photorealistic textures. Neutral surfaces are perfect; I’ll handle colours and materials later. Deliverables • A tidy, well-layered 3D file (SKP, OBJ, 3DS or equivalent) I can orbit, measure, and edit. • Two or three high-resolution still views from eye-level that clearly show flow through the space. Keep geometry light, group similar elements logically, and name layers so future editing is painless. If you can turn this around within two days, share a link to a comparable basic layout you’ve produced and mention your software of choice so I know what to expect when I start tweaking finishes.
