Revit Space Planning & Residential Layout Expert Needed We are seeking an experienced Revit space-planning designer to optimize our existing floor plan within the current square footage. We will provide Revit/CAD files with exterior wall dimensions. Scope includes: • Kitchen redesign with: • True 10’ x 4’ island • 48” range • Walk-in pantry • Strong storage and efficient circulation • Mudroom design featuring: • 6 cabinet-style lockers • Separate guest bench + hooks area • Laundry layout optimization • Garage entry with a ½ bathroom for quick access and guests • New master bedroom + master suite layout Project goals: • Maximize usable square footage • Optimize wall placement, flow, and storage • Modern, functional, buildable layouts (not conceptual only) Requirements: • Strong Revit proficiency • Residential space-planning experience • Experience with kitchens, mudrooms, and master suites • Ability to maximize space without adding square footage Please include relevant residential layout samples.
