Sendy is already running on my Ubuntu-based EC2 instance, but the current install lags badly and fails to send campaigns. I want to start fresh: back up the database, remove the faulty setup, and perform a clean, fully-tuned installation that loads quickly and sends without errors. I do not have working SSH access right now, so the first step is to guide me through regaining or setting up key-based access to the server. Once we’re in, you’ll handle the complete reinstall, adjust the underlying stack (Apache/Nginx, PHP, MySQL), reconnect Amazon SES, and restore my subscriber data.
