I have an existing STL of a chibi-style bride and groom that prints well enough, but I now need it taken to the next level. Here’s what I’m after: • Cleaner, sharper surface detail. Please polish the sculpt so fine lines such as lashes, smiles, suit lapels, lace, and other small accents read crisply once printed at 1/10 scale. • Thoughtful part separation. For easier printing, clean painting access, and safer shipping, I need the bride separated into three interlocking parts and the groom into two. Integrated keys/pegs that ensure perfect alignment are essential, and the cuts must avoid visible seams on the display side. Deliverables 1. Updated, manifold STL (or OBJ) files for each individual part, labelled clearly. 2. A quick screenshot sheet or turntable showing the cut lines and key placement so I can approve before final export. 3. Confirmation that the files slice without errors in Cura/PrusaSlicer at 0.1 mm layer height. I’ll supply the original combined STL as soon as we start. Let me know which software you prefer—ZBrush, Blender, Fusion 360, or another solid-modelling tool—and how long you’ll need for the first pass.
