You’ll need to manually recreate and overlay using Photoshop or similar. • This is not a rough sketch or concept job — the deliverable must look like a professional construction-ready landscaping drawing set visually identical to the original style. • Before bidding, you MUST: • Thoroughly review all attached plans, both original and revised. • Confirm in your bid that you understand the scope and list the key changes in your own words. • Explain your process, software, and timeline. • Do NOT: • Do not bid without reading the documents — generic / lazy bids will be deleted instantly. • Do not ask “What’s your budget?” after bidding.
