We are looking for a highly skilled 3D character artist to create a realistic, game-optimized human character for a VR project on Meta Quest 3. The provided materials include: Concept art (original design and proportions) AI-generated reference images to illustrate the target level of realism and visual style The goal is to produce the most realistic 3D interpretation of the concept, maintaining accuracy in anatomy, proportions, and facial features, inspired by the AI reference images. Important: The concept art includes a shoulder bag — this accessory should not be modeled. Hair: No transparency or alpha textures — solid geometry or hair cards without alpha blending (for VR performance) The final model must be fully compatible with Reallusion Character Creator 4 (CC4) and iClone, including native rigging and facial blendshapes for animation. This is not a one-time job — we have multiple characters planned for this project. The selected artist will have the opportunity to work on additional models after successful completion of this one.
