Description: We are establishing a modern real estate brokerage in Dubai and are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM and Zoho One consultant to build our complete operational system. The ideal candidate will have proven experience setting up Zoho for service-based or real estate businesses and be able to design a scalable platform that supports our agent onboarding, sales, finance, HR, and communication functions. This role includes full setup and configuration of Zoho CRM for lead and deal management, automated workflows, task management, and communication funnels. It will also cover building internal processes for agent onboarding, document handling, and performance monitoring. In addition, you will be responsible for configuring Zoho People, Zoho Books or equivalent modules for commission management and payment workflows, Zoho Sign for agreements, and integrating forms and communication channels. The successful candidate will be able to create an end-to-end operational system that covers the full brokerage lifecycle — from agent recruitment and onboarding, to client lead management, communication, finance, and reporting. Strong familiarity with automation, CRM pipeline creation, permission roles, and reporting dashboards is required. This project includes setting up the platform, configuring automations, preparing templates, ensuring user roles and access controls are in place, connecting to our website lead forms, and delivering documentation or short training videos for ongoing use. Experience linking external communication tools, WhatsApp business solutions, and digital contract flows is beneficial. We expect the consultant to be able to work independently, advise on system structure and best practices, and deliver a polished, functional Zoho environment ready for operational launch. Experience working with real estate brokerages or similar production-driven sales organizations is preferred.
