Here is what matters to me: • The primary goal is still clear, data-driven report generation for our users; every screen should guide them effortlessly from property data input to the final downloadable report. • Colour palette, typography, and spacing must reduce visual fatigue during long sessions while still feeling professional. • Layouts need to be flexible so new report types or widgets can be slotted in later with minimal rework. • Keep page weight light and performance snappy; charts and tables should render quickly even on slower connections. • Please build with clean HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (React, Vue, or pure ES6—your call, just be consistent) so my in-house team can maintain it. Deliverables 1. High-fidelity mock-ups for all key screens (dashboard, property detail, report builder, final report view). 2. Responsive front-end code that plugs into our existing API endpoints. 3. A brief hand-off guide explaining component structure and how to add future report variations.
