I’m building a logistics-focused utility app in React Native and need someone who can take it from wireframes to store-ready releases. The heart of the project is two core features: real-time tracking of vehicles or parcels and smart route optimization to cut both miles and delivery times. The front end will be React Native (TypeScript preferred) so we can hit iOS and Android with one codebase. On the back end I’m open to Firebase, AWS Amplify, or a lightweight Node/Express API—whichever you can integrate quickly while keeping real-time location data flowing smoothly. Google Maps SDK or Mapbox for mapping and WebSocket or Firebase Realtime Database for live updates are likely fits, but if you have a better stack in mind I’m happy to hear it. Key points you should cover in your build: • Smooth, battery-efficient location streaming every few seconds • Dynamic route recalculation when new stops are added or traffic conditions change • Push notifications to alert drivers of updated routes or customers of incoming deliveries • Clean UI that follows platform guidelines and adapts gracefully to different screen sizes • Modular, well-commented codebase plus brief setup documentation so future iterations are easy Deliverables: 1. Complete React Native source code in a private Git repo 2. TestFlight & internal Android builds for review, followed by production-ready App Store and Play Store packages 3. Setup and deployment guide (including any cloud functions, database rules, API keys, etc.) 4. Short video walkthrough demonstrating real-time tracking and route optimization in action I’ll provide design assets and sample data on kickoff. Please outline the libraries you plan to use, any prior logistics or mapping work you’ve done, and an estimated timeline with milestones for each deliverable.
