Alongside that result, the app should start a live countdown to the next birthday and display the corresponding zodiac sign and birthstone. Because I intend to release the app globally, the entire UI and all text strings must be ready for localization. A built-in language switcher isn’t necessary; using Android’s native resources system so translators can add new strings.xml files will be fine. I’m leaning toward a modern Material-3 style with restrained colors and typography that signals professionalism rather than playfulness.
