I want to move quickly from our current mix-and-match tools to a single, well-supported ERP platform that natively covers three areas: HRMS, CRM and laboratory management. The HRMS module must ship with attendance tracking, payroll management and an employee self-service portal. On the CRM side I need lead management, customer support and sales automation as standard, not bolt-ons. For the laboratory, the system has to look after equipment inventories, calibration schedules and sample workflow tracking so the science team can stay audit-ready without extra spreadsheets. My goal is to purchase—not build—a commercially available suite (cloud or on-prem is fine) and be in a position to start implementation next quarter. Deliverables (all in English, editable format): • A shortlist of at least three viable ERP products that satisfy every requirement above • A clear feature-by-feature comparison matrix highlighting strengths and gaps • Licensing and implementation cost breakdown, including any tiered pricing or user limits • A concise recommendation report explaining your top choice and any trade-offs • A high-level implementation roadmap (major milestones, estimated timeline, resource notes) Acceptance criteria: the shortlisted products must demonstrate native support for the stated HRMS, CRM and lab management functions without custom development, and pricing information must be sourced directly from the vendor or an authorized partner within the last 30 days. I’ll review each deliverable, provide feedback once, and final approval is given when all points above are met.
