I already have a high-resolution 3D scan of our Can-Am off-roader’s frame and now need the surrounding body panels brought to life in an aggressive, sporty style. The job is purely digital: craft clean, organic meshes that hug the scan geometry perfectly, then hand back watertight files ready for large-format 3D printing. You’ll be refining surfaces, maintaining symmetry, and breaking the shell into logical, printable sections. I’m comfortable if you work in Blender, ZBrush, Rhino, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or any other tool that can export reliable STL and STEP—just keep the geometry production-grade and free of non-manifold surprises. Please let me know: • your estimated turnaround time • the rate or structure you prefer for the full set of panels • a few portfolio examples that demonstrate similar organic, vehicle-oriented work Deliverables • Final panel geometry fitted to my reference scan • Separate, symmetrical parts arranged for printing • Watertight STL and matching STEP of each part If you’re confident in designing bold, off-road-ready skins that look fast standing still, I’d love to review your approach and timeline.
