I need a straightforward Android application that lets registered grocery users browse a product pricelist and narrow it down by local brand name. When an item appears on-screen it should show only two fields—price and a short description—so the layout stays clean and readable. Core flow • A user signs up (or logs in) under the single available category: Area in which user is located. • Once inside, they see the full grocery pricelist pulled from a small dataset or back-end of your choice. • A filter control lets them pick the local brand they’re interested in, instantly updating the list in place. • An optional image upload screen is required so that I, as the admin, can attach a product photo or company logo for future use, even though images themselves are not displayed in the list view. Please build the app natively in Kotlin or Java, keeping the codebase modular so I can extend it later for additional categories or brand tiers. Provide the full Android Studio project along with a compiled APK, and be sure to include clear instructions on how to point the app at my own database or dummy JSON feed for testing.
