I have a fully-dimensioned 2D PDF of a PVC back-of-hand impact protector and need it translated into a clean, watertight 3D solid. Every length, width, thickness, and radius is already called out, so the job is about faithful execution rather than interpretation. Scope • Follow the supplied dimensions exactly, keeping wall thickness uniform. • Apply smooth, mould-ready fillets. • Produce a single STP file; a native SolidWorks, Inventor, or Fusion 360 file is a welcome bonus. Acceptance criteria • All critical dimensions within ±0.1 mm of the drawing. • No open surfaces or self-intersections; model must pass standard import checks. • File opens in SolidWorks 2021 without needing repair.
