An Enterprise client's Sales Enablement team is undertaking a large-scale initiative to refresh and standardize over 1,000 sales and marketing assets to align with updated brand guidelines and messaging. This project is anticipated last 2-3 months. They are seeking a skilled graphic designer experienced in PowerPoint, Photoshop (PSD), and design layout work to ensure brand consistency across presentations, PDFs, brochures, videos, and other visual materials hosted on their sales enablement platform. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales enablement and marketing teams, working independently with periodic check-ins to review progress and updates. Responsibilities: Review, redesign, and update existing sales and marketing materials to align with Sutherland’s latest brand guidelines. Work across multiple file types including PowerPoint presentations, PSDs, PDFs, and videos. Standardize templates and visual elements for brand consistency. Support minor content migrations between formats (e.g., moving assets or adjusting layouts). Collaborate with internal teams for feedback and version control. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in graphic design for B2B or professional services organizations. Advanced proficiency in: -Adobe Photoshop (PSD) -Adobe After Effects (preferred) -Adobe Illustrator (preferred) -Microsoft PowerPoint (required) Understanding of brand identity, layout design, and typography. Ability to work independently and manage multiple design updates concurrently. Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to corporate branding standards. English proficiency for communication and review meetings. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with corporate marketing or enterprise branding standards. Experience with video editing or motion design Success Criteria: All deliverables updated to current enterprise client's brand standards.
