I’m looking for a clean, modern and very simple website that presents my environmental policy research portfolio in a way that’s easy for visitors to browse and, when relevant, download or read full reports. The site’s sole purpose is to showcase my work, so clear navigation, thoughtful typography, and strong content hierarchy matter more than heavy graphics or flashy animations. Because I don’t have an existing brand, you’ll have creative freedom with the colour palette, fonts, and overall visual language. I do, however, want the design to convey credibility—think professional rather than corporate, approachable rather than austere. Here’s what I’m picturing as a starting point: • A landing page that briefly introduces who I am and summarises my background. • A portfolio section which lists projects I have worked on and a full list of publications, with links to more recent ones. • A separate page which lists my political career and publications. • A simple contact form so stakeholders can reach me. The site must be easy for me to add new material to, without needing to redesign it. I’ve used WordPress a little, but I’m not an expert. This is not a difficult project. I can provide text and a couple of photos, but you’ll need to source other appropriate graphics - I don’t think we need very much.
