I’m developing a functional prototype and need three parts professionally 3-D printed in PLA or ABS. The design does not demand micron-level tolerances, but it does have static elements that must fit reliably, so medium precision with clean, consistent layer lines is essential. Here’s the workflow I have in mind: • I’ll provide a scaled Fusion drawing of the three small parts needed • You review the model for printability and let me know if minor tweaks or supports are advisable. • Once we agree on settings—-nozzle size, infill pattern, layer height, and any post-processing—you print the part in PLA or ABS. I’m very new to 3-D printing so you will have to guide me • Light finishing (removal of supports, quick sanding where needed) should leave the prototype ready for test-fit. • Pack it securely and dispatch it to my US address; I’ll cover shipping. Experience with functional PLA /ABS pprints, calibrated printers, and clear communication on tolerances will help this run smoothly. If you spot ways to improve durability without driving cost sky-high, I’m open to suggestions.
