We are seeking an experienced PHP Technical Support & Product Manager to manage and enhance our "OTA" platform. This role involves maintaining the product roadmap, fixing bugs, onboarding new clients, and managing third-party API integrations. The ideal candidate will also provide client demos and support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the existing product roadmap for our "OTA" platform. 2. Identify and fix bugs in the PHP 7.4+ and MySQL codebase. 3. Handle technical client onboarding (installation, SMTP configuration, API setup). 4. Manage and integrate third-party APIs (e.g., Stripe, travel suppliers). 5. Conduct client meetings for onboarding or product demos. Must-Have Skills: 1. Expertise in PHP, MySQL, and Composer. 2. Experience with libraries like Guzzle (for APIs) and PHPMailer. 3. Knowledge of payment gateways (e.g., Stripe API). Bonus Skills: - Experience with travel industry APIs (GDS, hotel suppliers). - Proficiency in Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is preferred due to our target market in UAE, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and India. Payment Structure: $10–$20 USD per hour on an ongoing basis with an initial 3-month contract (extendable).
