I am looking for testers for a new version of HESK help desk PHP/MySQL script: www.hesk.com You will be testing version 3.7.0 beta. A download link for the beta will be given to the chosen tester(s). *** YOUR JOB *** You will NOT be doing any programming/coding, just testing! Your job is to install the beta on your server (local or remote) and test it thoroughly: 1. download beta version (download link will be given to selected testers) 2. follow installation instructions inside "docs" folder 3. test the script as an administrator 4. test the script as a customer 5. test the script as a staff member (non-administrator) 6. test all settings/preferences/options to check they have the correct effect 7. write a report (word, text or html) of what has been tested. The report should include any problems (bugs) found, your exact server specifications (Operating system, PHP version, MySQL version, Apache version (if applicable), ...) and possible recommendations for improvement.
