I will supply you with high-resolution site photographs and the 3D image of our upcoming housing project; your task is to merge them so convincingly that the finished visuals read as straight-from-camera shots suitable for a planning-permission submission. If you choose to build the raw render in 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp or any other package that is fine—as long as the hand-off includes the native files alongside flattened imagery. The setting needs to feel unmistakably suburban. Please pay special attention to integrating surrounding residential homes so the new buildings sit naturally within their context. Balanced lighting, matching camera angles, realistic reflections and consistent shadows are crucial; anything that betrays a “CG look” will be rejected.
