The goal is to let future buyers walk through the images and immediately understand scale, flow, and atmosphere. What matters most: • A true-to-life look—textures, reflections, and lighting should feel as if they were captured by a camera, not a computer. • Clear emphasis on interior furnishings, key architectural elements, plus nuanced lighting and shadows; these three aspects must read instantly even at thumbnail size. • Colour palette and material finishes will come from me after the first draft, so the file structure must stay editable for quick swaps. Typical workflow that suits the project: import plans, model or refine geometry in 3ds Max/Blender, shade and light in V-Ray or Corona, then deliver layered PSDs or EXR along with high-resolution JPG/PNG finals. If you prefer another pipeline that reaches the same realism, I’m open to it. Deliverables I expect: 1. At least two hero renders per flat (living area + bedroom) at 4K. 2. Source scene files with organized layers and named materials. 3. One round of revisions after colour/material feedback.
