I’m building a dedicated Android application to streamline every side of our pest-control business, and I want it structured around four distinct roles: • Super Admin – must handle User management, a real-time Reporting dashboard, and full System settings access. I’ll share an extended requirement doc once we start so nothing is missed. • Admin – needs tools for User assignment, Task management, and on-demand Report generation so day-to-day operations stay organised. • Marketing – should be able to run Campaign management, track Leads, and handle Customer outreach directly from the app. • Technician – receives jobs pushed from Admin, updates service status, uploads photos, captures customer signatures and ideally works offline until a connection is restored. Role-based authentication, push notifications, a modern material-style UI and a scalable backend are all part of the scope. Feel free to recommend the tech stack you’re most comfortable with—Firebase, Node, Laravel, or another solution—as long as it keeps data secure and the workflow fast.
